1. Please check all documents to ensure no signatures, initials, or stamps were missed during the signing.
2. If scanbacks are required, please upload them in the "Documents" section of the Jot™ platform within four hours of the signing appointment.
3. Update the signing status to “Signed” in the Jot™ platform.
4. Mail hard copies with the label provided in the "Documents" section of each signing before the cut-off at the end of the day, if possible, or first thing in the morning the following day. Please do not leave documents in an outdoor dropbox. Always scan them in and get a receipt so we are able to track the delivery.
