1. Please check all documents to ensure no signatures, initials, or stamps were missed during the signing.
2. If scanbacks are required, please upload them in the "Documents" section of the Jot™ platform within four hours of the signing appointment.
3. Update the signing status to “Signed” in the Jot™ platform.
4. Mail hard copies with the label provided in the "Documents" section of each signing before the cut-off at the end of the day, if possible, or first thing in the morning the following day. Please do not leave documents in an outdoor drop box or a third-party location as there are often unexpected delays when these are used. Always scan them in and get a receipt so we can track the delivery.
5. You’re all set! Please keep an eye out for possible messages from escrow over the next few days in case there are questions or issues with documents. Otherwise, you’ll get paid automatically via direct deposit the week after the signing is marked as “complete” in our system—no invoicing required!
