If a signer has any questions about their documents, please direct them to contact their escrow team for more information.

If needed, you can find their escrow officer's contact information in the "Contact Information" section of the signing details page, pictured below.

If their escrow team is unavailable, please direct them to their loan officer or agent. Jot is unable to advise on signing or document-specific questions.
