To help keep your account secure, the Jot™ platform now requires an extra step when logging in. This step helps protect your account and ensures that only you can access your information and signing activity.
How to log in with a code
- Go to the Jot™ platform login page
- Enter your email address and password
- Click “Sign In”
- You’ll receive a text message with a one-time code sent to your mobile phone (the phone number listed in your Jot™ profile)
- Enter the 6-digit code
- Click “Submit” to complete your login
Helpful tips
- Make sure you have your mobile phone with you when logging in
- The code is sent by text message and usually arrives within a few seconds
- If you don’t see the code right away, wait a few minutes before requesting another
- You can select “Keep me signed in on this device” to stay logged in on that device for 30 days
If you don’t receive a code
If you’re not receiving the text message:
- Make sure you have the mobile phone associated with your Jot™ profile
- Check that your phone has signal and can receive text messages
- Wait at least a few minutes before requesting another code
