To help keep your account secure, the Jot™ platform requires an extra step when logging in. This step helps protect your account and ensures that only you can access your information and signing activity.
How to log in with a verification code
- Go to the Jot™ platform login page
- Enter your email address and password
- Click “Sign In”
- You’ll receive a text message with a one-time code sent to your mobile phone (the phone number listed in your Jot™ profile)
- Enter the 6-digit verification code
- Click “Submit” to complete your login
Helpful tips
- Make sure you have your mobile phone with you when logging in. The code is sent by text message.

Please avoid repeatedly clicking the option to send a new code. Allow 10 minutes for the code to be delivered before requesting another one.
- Sending a new code will invalidate the previous code, which can result in multiple codes arriving out of order and make it more difficult to successfully authenticate.
- If using a personal device, we recommend selecting “Keep me signed in on this device” to stay logged in on that device for 30 days.
If you don’t receive a code
If you’re not receiving the text message:
- Make sure you have the mobile phone associated with your Jot™ profile
- Check that your phone has signal and can receive text messages
- Wait at least 10 minutes before requesting another code
