First, we recommend logging out and logging back in to see if that resolves the issue. If you are having an issue with a specific website browser, you can also try using another browser to see if you receive the same error.
If you've tried another browser, or want to continue using the browser displaying an error message, we recommend refreshing your cookie settings to see if that is causing the issue. Please note, you will need to sign in again after completing this process.

If you are using Google Chrome:
1. Click on "File" in the top left corner of the browser menu.
2. Click "Preferences." This should bring you to a settings page.
3. Select "Privacy and Security"
4. From there, check the box that reads, "Clear cookies and other site data when you close all windows"
5. Quit Google Chrome and try again.
If you are using Safari:
1. Click on "File" in the top left corner of the browser menu.
2. Click "Preferences."
3. Select "Privacy"
4. Click select "Manage website data"
5. From there, you should be able to select "remove all to clear cache" or "clear cookies."
6. Quit Safari and try again.
