I received a message that says my documents have expired. What should I do?

In order to be an active Jot notary, the following documents need to be up to date. 

• Notary commission license
• Errors and omissions insurance
• Background check
• Notary Signing Agent exam

Your background check and Notary Signing Agent exam must be updated directly through your National Notary Association (NNA) profile. To confirm the status of your documents, please complete the following:

1. Confirm your profile is current and that your documents are up to date on signingagent.com.
2. Log in to your Jot profile and ensure all documents are updated and current. 
3. If your documents are up to date, and you are getting an inaccurate error for expiration, please contact us at [e-mail] or call [phone], and a member of our team will assist you as soon as possible.
