I created my profile, and want to know if I've been approved to sign with Jot. How do I check my status?

You should receive an email from our team letting you know if your profile has been approved within 24 hours, excluding weekends. If you haven't received an update after 24 hours, please email us at [e-mail]. Don't forget to check your spam folder just in case!



If you find your profile was not approved, we recommend checking to see if your notary documents have expired before resubmitting or contacting our team.
