1. To change your banking information, log in to the Jot™ platform and select, "My Account > Profile."
2. Scroll down to "Payment Information," and you'll be able to enter details for your preferred account for direct deposit.
3. In the “Documents” section, upload a new W-9 so we can verify the information and send it to our accounts payable team to be updated.
Note: It can sometimes take 1-2 weeks to update banking information with our accounts payable team, so please email us at hello@signwithjot.com if you experience delays with payments after updating your information.
